HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO EXPECT YOU'LL PAY FOR A GOOD B16 HONDA

I've a 2001 awd CRV Along with the B20 engine. I love the car but would like it had additional energy for daily driving. What is included when replacing the inventory head Along with the VTech head? Is there any websites/tutorials that deal with this swap, also which head would I be looking for?am planning on a complete engine rebuild/reinforcement
